Meet Steve & Jill Daniels
Wild Alaskan Lodge is a new offering from Steve and Jill Daniels, owners of the Highliner Lodge in Pelican, Alaska. In business since 2005, Steve and Jill have spent more than two decades building Highliner Lodge into one of the most respected fishing operations in Southeast Alaska.
In 2023, they helped build the Wild Alaskan Lodge for its previous owners — gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to create a world-class self-guided fishing experience from the ground up.
After 20+ years of refining every detail at Highliner Lodge, Steve and Jill are bringing everything they've learned into the self-guided space. Wild Alaskan Lodge is the result — another great way for guests to enjoy the best fishing in Alaska, on their own terms.
